I am Surya Prakash, Presently working for Hotel casa luxuriou as food and beverage operations head from April 2013. I have 10 Years of Experience in Hospitality Industry. I have pursued 3 Years Diploma in Hotel Management from Indo American Institute of Hotel Management.

Achieving budgeted/forecasted revenues and expenses and maximizes profitability related to the food and beverage department. Contributes to the profits.Responsible for the overall F& B operations of the property taking care of all the restaurants and other food & beverage outlets.
